Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Nestor came out, looked at our worn hardwood floors not refinished for almost 30 years. He gave us the assurance that our floors would look great and sure enough, they do! Better than new. They are gorgeous. NMB is quick too. The floors were done in two days! The hardest part is going through 28 years of stuff, but that is our mess to deal with. Nestor provided a POD to fill and helpers to move us. I would hire NMB again for future projects, and highly recommend Nestor and his team. Carolyn and Bob

The estimate was given promptly and in person, and there were no hidden add-ons. The workers were professional and courteous. Communication was easy. I would recommend this company for refinishing wood floors.

Nestor and his crews did a fantastic job refinishing my wood floors and painting. His crews worked over the Thanksgiving day holiday to get the job done while we were on vacatoin. His crews are very trustworthy as like I said we were gone for the enitre time and his crews had free access to our entire house. There were a few minor touch up areas that needed attention and he jumped on them right away. Nothing major just a few painting spots that needed retouched was all. He even painted a couple of extra areas in the kitchento be sure everything matched perfectly. We will defiinitely use NMB again for our next project! Great job!!!

Project: Paint or Stain Single Items
The work has been fine, though the team will be pack in January to finish up what has not been completed (and which is already paid for). I also had to get after the workers about cleaning up after the work was copleted.

NBM took on a difficult job that no other floor company was willing to do--refinishing the spindles and handrails on our staircase. NBM worked with us until we were satisfied. Our hats off to a good crew and dedicated owner.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
We are very pleased with the job Nestor's team did on refinishing our old hardwood floors. A two-man team worked straight through and finished the job in one day. Bookshelves and doorways were covered to keep the dust to a minimum and they left the rooms clean on completion of the work. Nestor was very helpful in advising us on how to handle the job and we have asked him to look at another project we have in mind. We would not hesitate to recommend NBM Development to friends.

My stars were lowered because of a job I did not do or get a dime off I refered someone to them and did not produce. My part of the work was complete until the customer was satisfy.
