Project: Build an Addition

BuilldSmart is an Outstanding company! Nino was exceptional -- his creative ideas were wonderful and his knowledge of his chosen field is above and beyond! We were unable to complete our entire project but he was completely patient with this and settled in to what we were able to do with the same level of professionalism that he gave us when our project was larger. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with BuildSmart!

Great Customer Service! Willing to please the customer! Very knowledgeable about all asoects of construction! Great and fair pricing! Would definately recommend to anyone! We are actually continuing to use their service with other projects and anticipate a great long business relationship.

Hear many horror stories about hiring a contractor. Nino's easy going, low pressure style put us at ease. After giving his initial, reasonable, estimate we decided to rethink all of our design choices. Nino not only completely understood but gave us some ideas on how to stay within our budget as we moved forward. Then he told us to keep him in mind. Period. No pressure. Of the three contractors he was the only one who took that attitude. A month later he alone took our call back seriously. Every step of the way every change we threw at him he handled with grace. A true professional. Our kitchen looks gorgeous. Would hire again!

Not only was our experience totally positive, but we discovered an extremely professional and helpful contractor. His personal approach made us feel comfortable and secure in our selection of our kitchen upgrades. When not completely knowledgeable about a problem, he did not hesitate to honestly admit such and then researched the answer for us. His willingness to pursue the most economical choices for us and his hiring of subcontractors created the honest trust between us. We cannot recommend Nino Baietti highly enough and would be happy to speak to anyone regarding his work and professionalism.
