Bill got here very quickly. Got the problem solved and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very pleasant.

Bill, was fast an efficient. When I went to Servicemagic.com they recommended 3 companies, I called the first company with the same area code, and got an answering machine that listed several different companies. I hung up and called the 2nd name even though it was a different area code. Since my A/C was still working and it was a weekend and I did not want to pay for weekend charges, I left a phone message, asking My Handyman LLC to call me about the problem, on Saturday, hoping he could service my A/C on Monday. I also left an e-mail message. Bill called me Sunday night and made an appointment for 9am Monday. He arrived at 8:54am Monday, and was gone by 10:00am Monday. He charged my 19 year old York A/C unit with Freon, and cleaned the pan drain. He was very reasonable on his bill. About 10 minutes after he left I got a call from a 2nd company responding to my initial Servicemagic query asking about my service problem. I would definitely use My Handyman LLC again.

Mr. Crosby was very knowledgable about the products and got me exactly what I wanted. It was great he took the time to explain the unit to me. The installation was top notch and the county inspector also commented about the excellent quality of work. He also had a very competative price.
