Project: Find a Home Organizer Consultant
Muddle Management came in and kind of did their own thing. Did what they thought needed to be done without having the client involved. They went through things and did what they thought should be done with items, again, NOT the client. I'm not very anal about things being organized but when someone goes through a lot of your things and does whatever the heck with it, then becomes unorganized and of no help whatsoever. The problem becomes, "Everything looks organized, but WHERE is all my stuff?" Not helpful, WAY overpriced.

We encourage the client to work with us throughout the project and get approvals before moving anything. Organizing according to large categories creates systems that are easy to maintain. Although we've never had to, refunds are available.

Friendly and prompt. A lot of trial and error vs true expertise.

The "trial and error" comment here is directed at products that were attempted, discussed, then re-organized to use in a different space. In this project, the simplest solution ended up being the best for the space.
