Jim was absolutely great! He did the job under his quote, and was on time. He also pointed out some issues with some of my other windows in the house. I'll keep him in mind the next time I need this type of work done.

Jim at Mt. Airy Glass was very accommodating and waited after hours for me to bring a broken window to his shop for both the measurement and then the actual replacement once the glass arrived. Price was very reasonable and work was first rate. 5 stars!

Was a little nervous about picking this company since they were the higher of two bids - but I have had good luck with Service Magic in the past and Mt Airy Glass demonstrated significantly more knowledge of the product than the other company I had contacted. So I went with Mt Airy Glass...and am very happy that I did. Service was extremely professional; cost came in BELOW their original estimate, and my door looks better than it did when we bought the house 4 years ago!!
