How We Got Started
I chose to work in this industry because I wanted to make a difference. The home repair industry was known for its poor customer service and I felt that cusotmers deserved a better service..I love working in the Northwest because the temperatures are mild and the scenery is beautiful.We started in this industry in June of 2005 after a series of frustrating experiences trying to find a qualified, professional handyman to finish some stuff around the house. .We describe our business as Well established

Hometown: I grew up outside St. Louis but moved to Gig Harbor in 2003 where we have decided to stay and raise our 2 children

very comfortable relationship the person who came out had good people skills, tried to fix the leak we have, but was not successfull. The fee seemed very high $250.00 for about 50 minutes of work. In comparison with another service magic person who came, who only charged $ 100.00 for the first hour, this seems very high to us. And - the problem did not get solved.
