Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Taking carpet out of your home to show off the hardwood below can be daunting. These guys did a good job and there was some damage that had to be repaired which added $300 to the cost BUT they were fair. Just do your homework and figure out the cost per SQ foot before they start. Remember, this is really a labor job as they just sand, take out carpet, and then coat floors. They got me for an extra $100 for molding as well. Just discuss these potential hidden costs prior to the job.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
We bought a new home and the floors were worn and had sun damage. Mr. Sandless sanded and refinished the floors on almost the entire first floor. The results are amazing. We just instantly updated are home by 10 years. Very nice team to work with and very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

I used Mr.Sandless last year to do my living Room.Itcame out great but it is a little used room.This year I did my family ,dining room and hallway.These are heavily used rooms and I am anxious to see how they hold up.
