Mr. Sandless was a godsend for three reasons: 1. Price ---- With my online coupon, I paid only $800 for the job (living room and dining room). Traditional sanding/ recoating would have been around $1,500. 2. Time ---- I helped the fellow move my furniture into the carport at around 9:00 a.m. We were moving it back in around 2:45 p.m. With traditional sanding, I'd have to wait a minimum of three days (but two weeks for best results). 3. Appearance ---- the same effect could probably be had with traditional sanding, but going from the "high gloss" original finish to the duller "satin" finish is a must if you own dogs.

Damien and his crew were excellent as far as professionalism and work ethic. I feel the bedroom that was refinished could have used 1 more coat of varnish. There are bare spots in the wood. But, I will be having the other rooms in my house done before the end of this year. thank you xxxxx xxxxxxx

I'd like to make a couple of points on this comment. First, we don't use varnish, we use a proprietary floor finish that is remarkable. It dries in an hour per coat and is certified green. Most importantly, though, we guarantee satisfaction. We don't get paid until you sign off that you are happy with the job. No down payments, no partial payments, no draws! It is all or nothing. We back our service with a 5 year warranty. If at any time after the service you are unhappy, just call and we will make it right. That is our personal promise.
