Very professional. Explained everything they were doing, step by step to diagnose the problem. There were no surprise charges. Also did a free plumbing inspection of whole house. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Mr. Rooter sent a technician promptly to try to fix a faucet that was leaking under our sink. When a repair proved impossible, the technician offered several options for replacement. When I opted to perceives a replacement myself, they were able to schedule installation for the next day. The technician, Matt, was knowledgeable and polite, and left the workplace clean and neat.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the technician. He was honest and worked to resolve my problem. When he found he could not resolve it, he referred me to another company and they were there within a couple of hours at the request of the technician. I felt confident and knew that I had found a company that truly cared about my extreme situation. The company he referred me to was equally honest and reliable. I was very impressed and have made notation to use them again if ever in need.
