He was on time, took pride in his work, and charged a fair rate. I cant say enough positive things about this guy. I am pretty sure he is a small (maybe even an one man company). After the level of service I received, it's safe to say he has one more regular client. I would never use anyone else.

Project: Clean Windows
Mr Patches called me almost immediately after I submitted my request and came out to give me a bid on doing my condo the next day. I felt his quote was very reasonable for all my windows, many of which are really high and require long ladders and getting on the roof. The same guy who came out for the bid performed the work in a very professional, efficient, and physically capable manner. He was meticulous in making sure the windows were squeegeed perfectly, with absolutely no streaks. I highly recommend Mr. Patches.

Javier is extremely easy to work with. He explains what needs to be done in understandable terms and gives you all the options available to you so that you can make informed decisions. He has a wonderful work ethic, his prices are fair and he did a great job with all the various projects we needed to have done. We will use him again as the need arises, and I would recommend him without reservation.
