Worth every penny, if you need your home inspected this this the guy for the job, he saved me 10.000.00 due to his inspection, he uses a thermo scan camera to see water damage, and goes thru the home like he is puchasing the home for him self thats what an inspector should do. Thanks Carl.

Mr. Inspection did a great job with our Home inspection. After the first property didn't work out we used him again on a 2nd project. He also gave us great recommendations on how to fix things around the house and gave us a recommended a septic company for a septic inspection.

Carl's inspection was great. He was on-time & detected/explained everything you would want to expect. His radon test (extra cost) gives him results on the day of pick-up (requires 48 hrs min.) instead of sending radon kit away for lab results. His inspection includes using infrared tool to help detect/reveal potential leaks & rodent activity. He reserved plenty of time for our inspection, so was able to be thorough without feeling rushed. Answered questions to our satisfaction. Easy to reach after inspection. Writes report on his own time, thus received report next day so time well spent on actual inspection. Price in middle/ Good value.

Mr Satina's inspection was the worst experience I have ever had. Even though I'm in my 70's I have never been cheated by a "professional" like this. Mr Satina came to my home on 7/8/10 to inspect a lintel only. Spent 17 minutes on the property, charged me $100 and to date, 8/16/10, even after numerous calls I have neither received a written report from him nor a refund of my $100. I have been informed that Mr Satina approached the magement Co of the Condo I live in and submitted the report to them instead of me! Let your imagination run wild as to why he would take such an action

Mr. Inspections.Inc promised to send me the report of the inspection he did on my project in two days but as the two days past I never got it. After a week of waiting, I called him several of times and he never returned my calls. When I finally received the report it was one page that consisted of no precise details and no pictures.

Mr. Inspections was fantastic. Not only did Carl give me a great inspection report, he taught me more about my perspective house that I ever could've imagined. When it came time for me to close, I reached back out to Carl for advice and he was great.

This inspector knew his stuff, I thought he was sherlock holmes at one point. He was punctual, thorough and offered great advice. He was easy to work with and I would hire him again
