All calls were returned promptly, did what they said ,when they said and more, The crew was efficient,neat and organized.Steve should be proud of his men. Added perimiter drains to basement in just under12 hours. Only complaint was that I wished the concrete was saw cut rather than jackhammered. But all said and done, it works great.

they did a great job only a few quirky issues bit overall a great job at a great price.
1- the gutter color was wrong but fixed in a fast time.{ 2 days ]
2- the pump for some reason on the 2nd day stopped working and they replaced the pump with-in 24 hours.
the only reason i bring these up is because stuff does happen and i wanted to display how FAST the issues were fixed.

This company is not responsive; nor is it reliable. I worked with Steve Mahoney in sales and a crew chief named Justin. They made a large number of obvious mistakes on the carpentry side of the project, including breaking a light fixture they never replaced, mis-cutting a countertop, several cabinet doors opening in the wrong direction, a large gap in the corner and this is only a partial list. At first sight I was so struck by the difference from the old kitchen, I didn't notice the mistakes. Believe me, I notice the mistakes now, and have found these people shamefully unresponsive about them.

water run into the basement after the job was completed. Dificult time to have the company come an look at it, or schedule a date to repair the error.

their time slot was not reliable (1st time no showed and didn't call , second time was late) They did a good job once they arrived.(but they forgot to re-cover 3 of the vents). They didn't follow up on the next service to accomplish... and didn't return my phone call.

Mr. Home™(Bill Sweeney) did a fantastic job redoing our front walk at no additional cost to us! After inspecting the original work, Mr. Home™ was not satisfied. We praise the way in which the entire situation was handled. We were 100%+ impressed with the caliber and professionalism of the individuals sent to evaluate the original walk, those who redid the work, and; the completed project. We highly recommend Mr. Home™.

He left the project worse than it was. He busted my sheetrock door leading to the crawlspace attic and never offered to replace it nor did I ever hear back from him. MR Home Bill Sweeney.

Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold
I was most impressed with the practical approach Mr. Home took. While we could have had the mold tested for toxic versus non-toxic mold, either way it did not matter because the mold needed to be cut out from the closet wall where it resided. The two experts who cut the mold out of the wall [Keith and Nady [spelling?]] were outstanding and very thorough. Mr. Home called me immediately upon my requesting information and resolved the problem within two weeks of my call.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Aesthetically, the wall that Mr. Home worked on looks a bit unattractive. However, the work, itself, appears to be top-notch, as there have been several rain-storms, since the work was completed, and there's no moisture or seepage at the area where the repair was made.
