Great job! Only one side of the house needed treatment.

I am an off-the-chart perfectionist and I didn't find the need to ask for anything to be redone after completion. Both John and his crew are professional, courteous, and extremely good at what they do. I had a little of everything that needed doing; painting, power-washing, changing locks, hanging blinds, and drywall repair. I would give them more than five stars on the execution of each of these items.

Guys were friendly and did a food job. Project took longer than I expected and cost more than I thought it should.

We did a good safe job. Multiple roof lines, with steep pitch required additional precautions(walk boards) Three ladders and two men for two hours including trouble shooting problem strands. What else could we do? Kind Regards, John

The job was finished within my time frame but the cost was higher than expected. They forgot to caulk an outside area and I had to call them to come back and finish, which they did. I would recommend getting a written quote before the job is started. My job was not large and I did not think I needed a written quote.

Perhaps there should have been more discussion on the details for custom carpentry and what the expected cost would be prior to beginning this job. The time frame used for completion was within reason and the missed caulk was about 2 inches that should have been caught on final inspection, it was simply an oversight which we corrected the next business day. I'm confused about the low rating if he was ultimately happy. Our worst rating ever....3.17. We'll continue to strive to be the best...I'm sorry that this one apparently wasn't handled to my standards. John

Steve and Jeff showed up on time and went straight to work. They were extremely professional and knowledgable. I needed a pot rack hung in my kitchen and since it need to be hung from the ceiling joists, it was slightly above my skill level. They came up with a plan (which was way better than mine) and went to work. The end result was fantastic. The only complaint I have and the reason for only 4.5 stars on customer service is as follows. I was told it was a set price per hour (which it was). That price was per Tech, not crew. Although the bill was more than I expected I wasnt't concerned because they were fast and did a beautiful job!

Did a really great job. We re-did our 18X16 deck, and converted about 11X16 of the deck into a screen room. Very professional and permitted work. Quick to respond to some minor issues we had months after the job was complete.
