Excllent company. They worked to coordinate the project and had it completed within 48 hours. Communication, professionalism and workmanship top notch.

Fantastic company, reasonable in cost to install draperies, on time, anticipated my next need, and reacted proactively to my home service needs

I requested to have my outside bay window repaired and painted w/ a similar color. Everything went fast and look great, until the sun went down. I notice the bay was patch painted. I had two similar colors on the outside of my home and the next day the repaired area started to separate. I call the office and had to spend 30 mins. explaining what was wrong and my money real covered. Long story short the handyman came back out two weeks later and repatched the frame and paint the full bay window. If you hire Handyman or anyone else make you express what you want and both the handyman and their office are on the same page.

This customer provided us with the paint and only wanted us to paint one coat rather than two which is why the coverage was spotty. Based on her work schedule, we were required to wait until she was available to come back to paint the second coat for her.

The technician was very knowledgeable. I was happy to be able to get an appointment so early as well. The hourly rate is a little high, but I have not had to pay for any repairs on my home until now. So, it was worth the money.

In my opinion it took too long to install the door I hired them to do. I could have saved $100 and just had Lowe's or Home Depot do it.

We would be happy to discuss this directly with this customer, but unfortunately an anonomous review is hard to identify. We are very open with our rates and review them with each customer 3 separate times before the work is begun. Again, we would be happy to discuss this particular incident with this customer.

The good news is that the technician was always on time, and called to let me know his progress. I thought that I paid too much for the work that was done. The technician never came back to finish the job causing me to have to hire another contractor to complete it. One of the 2 most critical items was never done, and I had to hire someone else to finish what he started, therefore I will never use this service again.

Our technician assisted this customer on 4 separate occassions. The customer was remodeling his kitchen and only requested our company to do certain items, however, each visit the list grew. To the best of our knowledge everything that was requested was completed. All scheduling is done through our office and this is the first indication that there was unfinished work. We would be happy to discuss this further with this customer.

Although they have a two-hour minimum and are not inexpensive, Mr. Handyman's rep did an outstanding job on the siding repair. It turned out to be a rather simple job, but something I couldn't do, since I didn't have the ladders or other equipment for it. Since he took only a little time for the task, he also did some interior painting that required long ladders (again, something that I couldn't have done) to complete the two-hour minimum. As I said, they are not "Mr. Cheap", but you get what you pay for; good quality work, done efficiently and cleanly.

He was late, but he was in traffic. The quality of work was good and he did a good job.
