Was provided with an initial quote based on information I gave company. Work took double the time, company charged hourly, so double the expected cost. Technician did not bring enough material, which he knew I requested be supplied, and charged for his time. Will never hire hourly company again!! Felt totally taken advantage of! Lesson learned the hard way! Was offered a $25 refund for a job that should have been completed in less tha 2 hours. I was billed for work completed in 3 1/2 houes

Quality of the work was excellent, on time, and at the quoted price. You pay a little extra for convenience, but they seem very trustworthy so that's worth a little more, too. You can pay by credit card, but not to the person that does the work at your house, you have the call the office to give the credit card info. They should get one of those gadgets that lets you swipe a credit card via your cell phone.

A great experience from start to finish. On timer. perfectionist aout work, good value, job finished before estimated time, looked after permitting, left work area in immaculate condition, workman was a real pro, good overseeing and followup by Mr. H. Would use again myself and strongly recommend.

Jay has done a great job, he's been great at communicating and keeping me updated. He replaced a water heater and painted the interior, he didn't ask for payment upfront (not a penny). Highly recommend this company, great service!
