They may be a bit more expensive than some of the other area handymen, but these are dedicated professionals that know what they're doing. The handyman they sent to our home was on time, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Since our original project was simple, and we had paid for a 2-hour block of time, he was happy to complete several more small projects that we had been putting off, as well as give us some great advice on others. A great experience, convenient, and worth the money.

Mr. Handyman was easy to schedule, arrived in a nicely custom painted Mr. Handyman van, and in uniform shirt. I had a difficult baseboard problem and he did a stellar job, better than I could have imagined, of trimming a corner so it looks seamless. Then, he moved on to another task, and worked hard to make it work, but it's going to take a new piece of wood, but at least his work on it helped to define the issue. I thought the initial hour was expensive, though.

Was able to coordinate with tenants quickly and easily and the project was done to satisfaction within a couple days. Thanks!

They called promptly and I described my problem, water coming into my master bathroom from the roof during severe rain. I went ahead and scheduled them to come take a look and give me some guidance. When they arrived, they reviewed the situation as much as they possibly could & then suggested I call in a roofing company, they recommended one. He only charged me for the actual time he was here instead of their usual 2 hour minimum.

Do not use this company. I received numerous quotes for my small project and they quoted the cheapest price. Of course since they charge for time and materials the cost of my project was more than twice what they originally quoted. Contractors are contractors but this is obscene. Terrible communiciation - never once was I made aware that the project was going to be over budget in any way. Since they take your credit card down before starting the project, there is no incentive to keep costs in check I paid $90/hr for demolition? The guarantee their work, but I guarantee they won't be in business for more than a year.

We charge on a time and materials and we inform the customer as such. Our original estimate was to lay down new vinyl flooring over existing material. However, because the original floor was so poorly installed (e.g. bubbling in places; excessive adhesive), we had to remove it and clean the subfloor first. The customer WAS informed of this requirement and gave us the go-ahead. Besides the flooring, we had to remove a toilet and baseboard and then reinstall them afterward. The customer provided much of the material but in insufficient quantities. The total for this work was $1400, hardly obscene. We regret the customer's dissatisfaction.

Was very quick to respond, and provided an estimate with the initial response. This instantly put me to ease. The quoted price was the price I paid. Was prompt and on time. I could tell from the outset that everything he did was with pride and care. Did not try to "up sell" me to additional repairs or services. Put thought into how he was going to address my issue, and then exceeded expectations in the finished job. I would use the services of Mr. Handyman again, and would have no problem recommending the company should the opportunity arise.
