On time, work completed as he said it would be, when he said it would be.  All work was well done, He kept me informed as to things that came up that were not expected.  Was a little more than another bidder, but used him because of the ON TIME, issue.   I will tell everyone I know about him, and will be giving him more work as the year goes by.  I do not know why his rating is not at the top of your chart.  It sure should be.
