Project: Hardware, Latches & Tracks (Door) - Repair or Replace
Time pressure from the mechanic was bit too much. Additional charge for Ten minutes extra on the job. Not a standard method based on the actual job and a fixed fee to accomplish the same. Other contractors I have used through service magic do not work in this method of time based charges.

We appreciate your feedback. We try to give you expert guidance on the time needed to complete most tasks, but with small jobs, we don't have the opportunity to actually see the project in advance of dispatching the technician. The most important thing is the technicians opinion of the proper repair and his time needed after seeing the actual situation. Our Motto: On Time and Done Right is important to us. Our ultimate goal is 100% customer satisfaction and it is unfortunate that we fell short of that goal for this customer and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.

Project: Drywall - Repair
Work is not complete because of the drying process. So far the work is good. However, it is difficult to assess how much one can do at one time when there is no estimate. This probably only pertains to people on a budget, limited or otherwise. Am new to this so it is hard to assess, everything. Maybe after the job is done, I can do better. I will submit another form when the job is completed.
