The Handymen did the job well however they had not done this type of job before and had to learn how to do it, read the instructions, go get parts they did not have, etc. The job was done well in the end but it probablly took longer than it should have.

I called on Thursday. They arrived promptly the next day at the agreed upon time. They finished in less time than anticipated which translates to a smaller fee. The work was performed professionally. I would hire again.

Sink install with 2 - 3 hour estimate turned into 6.5 hour ordeal and two trips to Lowes where I paid for their time, their parts and their 50% mark up to boot. Upon leaving the handy man said they should have sent a plumber. You think?

We got the sink out and had the new sink in in under two hour. As sometimes happens with plumbing we ran into some issues with the drain. The new sinks were not the same dept as the original sink and we had to replumb the drain and trap. In hindsight I should have scheduled one of my other techs who has more experienced in plumbing.

He did not show up the day he promised and did not call to explain or reschedule. He called 3 days later to say he was outside the house and ready to get started. It started to rain before he was able to finish hosing out the gutters, so he said he would come back to finish and he left his hose in my backyard. It's been 4 days of mostly nice weather but he hasn't returned yet and hasn't called. I will not be using him again.

We should have done a better job with this customer.

Overall the job was done right but there was leftover material in may backyard and the work area required a lot of cleaning that should have been completed before the installer left.

Technician was on time, courteous and friendly. Was disappointing that he had to go to the store and pick up a part. I had described exactly what was wrong when setting up the appointment. Turned a 15 minute job into an hour job.

Prompt service and a professional job!

Initial call was answered and responded to very promptly. Repair was completed quickly. Price seemed a little high for the short time it took, requiring no parts.

I wanted the job completed in a rush situation and they were able to do it. I may have paid more than necessary but it's done.
