The gentleman we worked with from Mr. Handyman was quite skillful. He was very informative, personable, and able to solve problems that no one else had been able to solve. He gave a senior citizen discount and had the work done within an hour. I would definitely, definitely recommend Mr. Handyman.

Project: Hire a Handyman
The response time was immediate. Handyman came as scheduled and explained work to be done and billing process. Within hours I was e-mailed an estimate and a follow up call. The work was scheduled in two days. Handyman was prompt, couteous, and finished the work 1/2 hour early and adjusted my bill accordingly. I planned to have more work done in the future by Hanyman. :)

Overall this was a costly and disappointing experience for me. The owner gave me a quote over the phone but neglected to tell me that figure would double because he provided 2 men for the job. His 2 workers were horribly unprofessional. They argued with each other loudly causing me to have very little confidence in their ability. In the end they damaged my pergola because they did not measure, then tried to blame me for their incompetence. The owner refused to compensate me for the damages. I urge anyone reading this review not to hire Mr. Handyman. These guys were awful!!!
