Project: Repair or Alter a Chain Link Fence
I needed a gate for a 5 foot fence. The height of the fence was clearly stated and the workman was here to take a a look. The workman returned the next day and began installing a gate which was 6 feet tall! I stated a 6 foot gate on a 5 foot fence was unacceptable and I was told "You cannot get a 5 ft gate" so I pointed out that I had on the other side of the yard, And I was then told that he "did not think it would matter because it was in the back yard." It mattered to ME! The gate was replaced 10 days later but there were additional unexpected charges which increased the price. I have other work but I will not hire Mr. Handyman
