They contacted me within five minutes of submitting the request on Servicemagic.com! The phone person, Tori, was very friendly and informative but never pushy. She was able to set a date for installation well within my timeframe. Kevin installed my door and he was very friendly and professional. He actually had to do a little bit of thinking outside the box because my "custom" fit door ended up being about an inch too tall. He figured out a way to make it work and the door fit just fine AND he managed to finish at the lower end of the estimated time. THANK YOU!
