Project: Hire a Handyman
The first tech sent to do the job botched it and was fired. The second tech sent did a spectacular job. They offered to dismiss $100 of my bill because of the first work done but I paid it, telling them "I'm not looking for free anything, I just want the work I pay for to be right". They made it right. Rated them a 4.17 Stars. UPDATE: Hired them for subsequent work. The work is subpar. They refuse to come back and correct the work and I can no longer recommend them.

Very helpful to get feedback on our services. In this case, the "subsequent" job was actually at Mr. L's girlfriend's son's home. When we talked, we did tell Mr. L that we would be out to discuss the job and we did come out and meet him there - there was no refusal to do so...but he was upset. Job definitely wasn't up to our standards. Had been done by same technician who'd already been fired. We promised to correct issues and that rework has been scheduled for 12/26 even though the occupants' were just fine about everything. Mr. L was just voicing concerns about the property - certainly understandable. We always guarantee our work.

Jason was entirely professional. Ensured he had all the parts for the job on hand before beginning work. Cleaned up the job site when finished. I was so impressed with the work on this job that I hired the company and Jason to do another job for me a week later.
