Project: Add or Remove Holiday Lighting- Materials provided by homeowner
They hung my Christmas lights. When they got there they did not have any hangers. I had to go buy them. I had icecycle lights and they were all scrunched up from being in the box. They did not stretch them while they hung them. They told me to call if the lites did nit look good. So I called them. They made an appointment a week later to fix the lites--never showed. Idk about their other abilities, but they should get out of the Christmas lite hanging.

We were disappointed to hear you were not happy with our service for hanging your Christmas lights. We clearly missed our high standards for customer satisfaction and want to remedie this. You were not home when we came back to stretch the lights on our follow-up visit and apparently it was not to your satisfaction. Project: Repair Drywall
Having Mr. Handyman work for us on our rental property was a great experience! The owner John Pierce arrived early to work on the estimate, was well prepared, professionally dressed in a company uniform, and drove a clearly marked company vehicle. I received three estimates that day from different “handyman services” for sheetrock repair work, new construction of a patio door cover, Cleaning dryer vent, repairing leaky/damaged patio French doors, and repairing water damaged flooring. Clearly, price was a big consideration when having the work done because after all, I did get three estimates. Mr. Handyman’s estimate was very competitive, about $60 more than the lowest estimate and $850 less than the highest. Even though Mr. Handyman’s estimate was a little higher, they were the clear choice due to the level of professionalism with the company and the confidence Mr. Handyman instilled in me that the work would be done timely and properly. All workers were also dressed in a company uniform driving and drove well marked service vehicles. All work was completed timely with the highest quality of workmanship which resulted in receiving praise from our renter about the repairs. Thanks again Mr. Handyman for a job well done!
