Overall, I was pleased with Mr. Handyman. There was a slight mix-up with the arrival time; the original appt time was 9AM; they later left a voice mail confirmation about "8:30". I did not retrieve the vm during reg business hrs. Called early next morning to try to delay them until 9, but was not successful. Tile work was pretty good; also got tech to replace water valve under house for ice maker problem...tech did this, but failed to follow up on his water stoppage method (for supplies beyond that pipe) and had to call him back out the next day.

I received pics and notification that the bathroom wall repairs were made to FF 2632, Chester, VA. All is completed. From what I see of the pictures, the sub did a fabulous job on the repairs.

Mr. Handy Man was prompt and followed through with the schedule and completing the job. All were very polite and willing to answer questions. It is nice to know that when I have a problem, I now know who to call.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Agent refused to do jobs approved by supervisor; he also made amateurish errors in his work, including leaving holes in sheetrock. Company added hidden charges. All employees had bad attitudes overall and offered rude customer service--even at the outset of bidding. I should have listened then. VERY EXPENSIVE. QUITE THE RIP-OFF.
