Great response and follow-up to deal with sprinkler system emergency. Resolved the problem and kept in contact with us by phone throughout process. Joe is very easy to work with and a real problem solver. We felt that the $48 trip charge was a bit stiff on top of the $135 labor charges. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the service and would recommend Joe Dunbar.

Jim the handyman did exactly what I asked for and was very friendly and prompt. My sprinkler system is now in working order and I even learned a thing or two about sprinkler valves. I would definitely use them again.

Jim was professional and friendly as he explained the problem with my sprinkler timer and then all the services Handyman provides. I do think that he needs to do less story telling.
