He seems to be very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. It appears the leaking problem is fixed.

Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks
Someone answered the phone when I called (a real person!) and set up a time to evaluate the project. I had great communication with the handyman assigned (Matt). It was a tricky project, with a lot of unknowns. Someone else had already told me it couldn't be fixed. Whenever Matt ran into a dead end, he'd come up with another thing to try. He was able to fix the problem. Repair instead of replacement saved me at least $1500! I am really happy with the service.

The project hasn't been hired out yet, but My Handyman called me the very next morning and worked out a quote with me, based on the information I gave him. Very prompt and polite. We haven't hired them (yet) because I was hoping to get a few other quotes to compare and no one else from the Service Magic recommended pros has contacted me besides My Handyman.

Project: Repair Cabinets
He was very receptive and was able to get down through my repair list efficiently. He made the adjustments on my cabinets and replaced the vent in record time. He replaced my patio blinds and gave me pointers on what to prepare for next time. I will definitely call and schedule my next job. I have changed the title on my "honey do list" to my"Mr. Handyman Do List" where I am certain it will get done (smile).
