However that was the limit of the positive experience.  Scott has "scheduled" the project 3 times and failed to show or to call on the appointment date all three times. Scott would reach out days after the missed appointments and the reasons for no shows have been employee issue, forgot or simply no reason at all.  I could not recommend the company based on the failure to follow up on scheduled appointments.
