Responded quickly and was on time. Returned as promised the same day after initial visit. Friendly service. Final price was considerably higher than original quote; very expensive but in the ballpark of what others were charging in our neighborhood.

The technician, Mitch, arrived on time. I had several little jobs and we went through the house to look at the various issues. He carefully explained the costs. He was able to quickly install two new fixtures and fix one of the track lighting fixtures. He was not able to fix one track lighting because he wasn't sure I had the correct replacement part. He recommended that I contact the manufacturer to order the correct parts. I am glad that he was honest about being wary of fixing the track lighting with incorrect/substandard parts. He definitely knew what he was doing. Although the cost seemed high, I would definitely hire him again.

I own two older condos in Washington, DC. I hired Mr. Sparky (eventhough I think the name needs to be changed) to replace two circuit boxes. It appears they did good work - how would I know otherwise - but they were not very neat. They also had to come back a second time because they did not have all the materials. They put one circut box in upside down. Not sure why, but when I called the manager, he said they had to do it that way. They were expensive (over $3,000) but they were very polite, and knowlegeable. Plus, they arrived within an hour of my call and the lights work! I would use them again.
