However, at the first instance the quotes given for the same floor plan as my friend was way too high. We have to negotiate to match the price. <br /> <br />I took a day off on the appointment day and the folks at Mr. Duct couldn't make it due to some equipment breakage. I have to reschedule it for another day :( (The whole day of waiting became useless) <br /> <br />The folks were not  on time, and we have to keep guessing whether they will turn up or not. (Upsetting). <br /> <br />But! Hey.. overall the work wise I don't have any complaint. They did a pretty neat job. Rating: Project: Air Ducts & Vents - Clean Prompt Service.
