The guy that came from Mr. Contractor was super nice and helpful. He replaced three of our ceiling fans in our home in about 11/2 hours, and he was very efficient. I do not believe we will have any more trouble with our fans, and I would definitely call Mr. Contractor again!

Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
I do not believe they had much experience with the product "Restore" for deck refinishing. They did not follow the product instructions and seemed rushed. They were very polite, but knew that I was not happy with their job. I applied another application of the product myself the next day. I did pay them the agreed fee, but thought they should have offered a discount for their unsatisfactory work on this project. I will not hire them again.

Mr Contractor goes above and beyond to please our customers. This Customer chose and purchased the product that was not right for the application. We advise her that this product is not what we recommended. The product that we use cost more and she wanted to save the money. We agreed to apply one coat of the product to her deck. We applied four coats to try to make her happy. Her husband was ecstatic with the outcome. He could not believe that we did four coats in an effort to please his wife. We do our very best to insure that every customer is very satisfied with our work. I am sorry to say that even with our very best efforts we failed.
