I was happy with the result and friendly service, however it was a total upsell. I was made to feel that the extra services were necessary to achieve the overall look of the carpet that I wanted. I was worried that if I didn't make the extra steps the carpet wouldn't appear as if it had been cleaned. I would hire this cleaner again for sure I guess I just wasn't prepared for the total cost based on the quote I was given over the phone. The house smells wonderful and the spots of concern were eliminated. I am happy with the service.
