Project: Remodel a Bathroom
I can't say enough good things about working with Karen at Mr. Build. She has been patient and oh so helpful. And the crew they sent should get 10 stars. Always on time, professional and clean up after themselves every day. It is obvious that each of them takes great pride in their craftsmanship. The project is almost done - and on time - and it is looking terrific! I certainly recommend Mr. Build without any reservation at all and will have them back for our next project.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
1. Door installed with wrong hinges...needed replacement. 2. Workman cracked door sill, fixed, but should have been replaced since fix does not have same integrity. 3. First painter was late, took all day and did a horrible job 4. Second painter fixed problems caused by first painter, but ruined an entry way rug during touch up. It was replaced, but original was no longer manufactured. 5. Rarely did work take place as scheduled (Day/time). Reasons were illness, miscomunnication, etc.. 6. Overall, totally dissatisfied with Mr build price (for what was recieved), Quality, and Workmanship. Will not recommend!

Project: New Windows - Multiple
Mr. Dunn came to the house and gave us an estimate and though his estimate was a few hundred dollars more than other estimates we chose him because of the warrantee he offered and the assurance of follow-up service should problems arise. His work crew came and installed the windows in the time frame given and the job was done with very little disruption. All in all we are very satisfied with our choice and would certainly recommend Mr. Build to anyone looking to have windows installed.

Mr. Build salesperson named Troy was courteous and professional. The person named Mark who came with his apprentice put in my windows. Mark and his apprentice was courteous and professional. The two placed plastic sheeting over my carpet to work on on my windows. After completing the job they vacuum carpets that were exposed to dirt or there untensils to use for doing the job. Excellent experience. Great advice, planning and execution. On time, courteous and on budget. Freindly folks, all experts in their field. Nice to have a central coordinator/planner. We will do our next project with mr. Build as well.
