Almost immediate call-back. The tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with-in a few minutes. He had the replacement part in stock on the truck. It was repaired in about 1 hour. He was extremely professional, and cleaned the area on the way out. It was easy and fast. That's all I was looking for!

They responded quickly and the serviceman was polite, friendly, neat, and knowledgable. The cost was a little high though we have no others to compare it to.

Jim was Very professional. Explained about the part they were replacing, and answered all my questions. On time and did a great job. The woman who answered the phone was very personable and had a lovely demeanor. Overall great experience!

Great response, a little late to the appt but they may not have been familiar with the area. Went to a hardware store to buy a part to make sure appliance was installed properly and even took my old dishwasher at no charge. Great service.
