Had to call twice, but second call got me booked the next day. Mark called to confirm while on his way. Did an estimate on the spot, left, got part, installed and running smoothly within about 90min. The 4 for value was only because fr such a small part it was expensive so no reflection on the service received!

The service occured on time and the owner of the business was wiling to work with me due to a mix up in communications which had me out of town on the day of the sevice call. Very nice people to work with.

Technician was very quick to respond to our repair and fixed the problem part next day and ONLY the problem part which was good because I felt comfortable with this company for getting the appliance up and running at minimal cost and not trying to rack up charges.

He was great, very courteous, worked fast, and reasonably priced. He also gave me a reference to a company that cleans out dryer vents and it turned out to be someone I know. I will definately use Mr. Appliance in the future.
