Did a great job. Only problem was they were quite late starting the scheduled job, but they did call a couple of times to let us know.

I had a small move. They arrived on time and professionally completed the job. I would recommend to others.

-very unprofessioinal...brought no bubble wrap, knowing there w/b lots of glass and pictures & 2 supervisors founght among themselves -left w/o finishing the job and left us to move the rest of the furniture and all our glass and picture -poor communicatioon between us and owner when weather became icy and snowy...I had to call him and he acted like he could care less -we had to move our s things to different storage unit, hired different co...got MUCH more in that time. Storage is very expensive. Workers were nice and helpful but owner and mgrs. TERRIBLE!!

We DID bring plenty of packing paper, shrink wrap and pads to protect any glassware or other fragile items. Not a single item was damaged. The customer caused confusion by going to the wrong storage unit and had to rent a new one at the last minute. We offered to make additional trips to finish the move (free of charge) and were refused. We also offered to move any items to the new storage facility at cost and the offer was declined. A large discount on a future move was also offered and refused. Every effort was made to correct any mistakes that were made on the day of the move and all attempts were turned down by the customer. --Owner

We had a wonderful experience with this company. My contact person, Dan, was polite, friendly, and extremely flexible. We had to change the date of the move the day before it was scheduled. Dan was patient and helped us set up a new day. The two men who actually moved our furniture were polite and hardworking. They were very careful with our furniture, and treated it as if it belonged to their grandmothers.

they were terrific. Dave and Keenan were very courteous, always saying to me "no problem" when I would add another someting to the pile! Dave came by the day before and did an excellent job of wrapping. They were easy to have around and worked around my husband and myself. When we finally get a new home, we want to rehire Dave and Keenan to do the moving. Prices are reasonable also.
