The chimney sweeper from Moseley Masonry and Chimney Sweep Inc was the best Service Magic experience we've had yet. I've used service Magic for years, over 15 projects. The sweeper was prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, extremely informative, top quality, and he even went above and beyond to make our chimney insert look and great by giving it a fresh coat of paint just because! I would highly recommend Moseley Masonry and Chimney Sweep.

Project: Clean and Inspect a Chimney or Fireplace
My fireplace gas insert was installed several months ago...was supposed to come with polished nickle hardware. Also, needed a new main valve (on a BRAND NEW STOVE). Here it is, January, and I am still waiting on parts. I have not even had a chance to use the fireplace now that it is winter. Work wass good and service tech was very professional. I don't understand the delay in getting parts for a brand new insert.

I had to reschedule due to an issue on my end. They were very flexible and rescheduling was not an issue. Work was done on time and Dan, the service man, called prior to arrival.

Project: Repair a Brick or Stone Fireplace (Non-Gas)
I've probably gotten about 8 bids, and these guys seemed best for the job I wanted done and the money. A lot of the bidders want you to do the job THEY want you to do, not the job You want done. All of the Mosely Group are very good people, with no neck tattoo's, too.
