Professional and efficient, their crews worked long hours and always cleaned up. Finished the roof on time and I would not hesitate to recommend them toanyonewith a roofingneed!

Work was great. They took care of everything they said they would, and did it quickly with very little disruption. The only minor thing (while still good) that could be improved upon is greater communication. I do recommend them.

Project: Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
Of 7 "pros," the only one to show up with a ladder; the only one to provide an explanation of the issues with a flat roof; the only one to explain how he would fix the problem; the only one who detailed his process; the only one to email me a detailed contract (the second day after meeting me). He was also the only one to actually look at the roof. If you have a flat roof problem, you can stop your search right here...I am EXTREMELY satisfied with all aspects of dealing with Tim Morris.

He was easy to talk to and explained everything. He gave us our first quote. After getting four other quotes, we went to Morris with confidence in his handling the job. He was great and the job was completed as promised.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Adam Morris was the only contractor to give me a reasonable quote on site to repair about 500 sq. ft. of tile roofing and recommend a superior synthetic allternative underlayment product ( 50 year warrantee) to 30# asphalt coated felt ( No warrantee) . His crew did an efficient job repairing the roof in one afternoon that included adjacent flashings and ridge lines. The only minor fault was having to contact him for an update on his schedule but was surprised ( and probably fortunate) when he sent two crews out that day.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
They came out and did the repair quickly. However there was a minor issue which made it necessary to essentially redo the repair. They propmtly did the job again and corrected the problem. Of course, it has yet to be tested by a good rain but I feel confident that they will stand by their work. It is nice to see a company that still does stand by their work. Thank you Adam.
