John was great.  I work long days and a long ways from home, so it's hard to be there during normal business hours.  He came out after his normal hours of business to do a FREE estimate.  He could have told me I had to replace the entire a/c system for $2600, and I would have believed him.  Instead, he quickly found the minor issue, and estimated the job @ $125 + parts.  He then went out of his way to fit me into his schedule before he left town for the July 4 weekend, and came back the next morning w. the parts he needed.  Then, the work he did wasn't as extensive as he had first expected, so he charged less than his initial est - only $100!
