My windows had been needing small repairs for a long time. I finally had to take care of it. All other pros who showed up until I contacted servicemagic rushed through the house, barely looked at the windows, quoted ridiculous prices and solutions with no guarantee that they'd actually fix all the windows. Eric was very helpful and willing to work around my schedule. My project was more of a "do-it-your-self" type and he was able to walk me through it step-by-step while helping me finish the job correctly and on time.

I received an estimate and agreed to go ahead. Upon being informed that the work was "complete", I made a check out and paid the contractor IN FULL. I then walked outside to inspect (along with the contractor), and noticed that several areas of exterior trim had NOT been replaced, as per the quote (which was now paid in full). The contractor then acknowledged that he'd "not finished the job", because he'd "run out of materials". He would not have disclosed this to me, had I not gone outside to inspect. Reluctantly, he agreed to return next spring to "finish". I paid him add'l $$ for materials, yet he still failed to complete the job.

When I went to give the estimate for this job the home owner said she was planning on selling her house and she did not want to put a lot of money into it.She wanted me to replace some exterior window trim around her house, however she was unwilling to come outside and show me exactly what she wanted me to replace; due to the cold.I said I would replace some of the more noticeable damage for $700.After working for a week and putting $500 dollars into the house I said I was done.She became hysterical and threatened to write a bad review about me if I didn’t trim out her whole mc-mansion for the original price.I felt exploited by this woman.

High quality work. His workmanship is great, he is very careful, enjoys what he is doing. I am very pleased to have him around. He is very personable, does a good job.
