BOB FLEISHMAN NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. I HAD TO CALL SERVICE MAGIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GIVE AN UPDATE. THE INSTALLER WAS HELPFUL BUT MOORE'S OFFICE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
