The guys at Moore and Moore were so easy to work with and they were very nice about answering all the many questions I had. I really liked that they did not try and pressure me at all about buying their product, they just wanted to make sure I understood what type of equipment and size I needed to have soft water again for my household. Also, they did not try and get me to buy any other unnecessary products. I really appreciated the honesty and the fair pricing.

Overall, did a good job. The technician who did the work was not as knowledgeable about all water systems as I would have liked, but that did not detract from his workmanship or knowing what was required to get the job done correctly. Nonetheless, he was efficient and did a quality job.

They came out on time to take a look at our water softner, let us know what the problems were and what our options were...all free of charge. They seemed very honest and I would absolutely use them again in the future.
