Creative Designs, Good for You and the Earth
In Business Since: 1999
Eileen Moore Koenigsberg, AIA, founded Moore Koenigsberg Architecture in March of 1999 with the vision of serving Colorado residents to help reconnect to nature, within the city or without, to the warmth and the beauty of places of the soul; to provide opportunities in new construction to use naturally sustainable products, energy-efficient design, to uncover and harmonize with the beauty that is already in the built environment and the surrounding natural environment, and to follow with creative and inspiring design solutions for residential and commercial projects.

His background includes residential loft design and multi-family housing, new and renovated libraries, retail, schools, art galleries, and office buildings. Moore Koenigsberg Architecture is comfortable with residential and commercial construction, new projects or additions and renovations to existing buildings. They are highly recommended by the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission staff architects because of their ability to respond to a site in the Historic Districts. MKA also prides itself on its ability to respond to site characteristics such as sun, view, terrain, as well as within existing styles such as Victorian, Craftsman, modern or funky. They see it as a priority to work within the client's needs, desires, budget to provide workable, functional yet creative solutions for each individual project.
