Moore Irrigation was the first company to get in touch with me. After my information was forwarded to them, I also left voice messages at all three recommended companies. Brad was the first (next day), then next one took about three days, and the finally one never called me. He came early and did the assessment, gave me a written quote with the equipment brochures and thanked me for the opportunity to bid. He was not high pressure and took his time answering my questions. His bid (out of two) was the best. But I wasn’t necessarily looking for the cheapest. I read his reviews and seen that many people were very happy with his quality and follow-up. My first priority was customer satisfaction with a reliable system installed. His crew came out and did a great install. Afterwards, Brad showed me how the system worked and did the initial programming for me after I told him what I needed. He knew his product very well. Also from speaking to him, I could tell that if a mistake is made or perceived (things do happen), he would really try to make it right (as long as you’re not one of those people who are just looking for free stuff all the time). To sum it up... best bid, quality work. But if you want something for nothing; you won’t get it from Brad. He knows he does good work. And his company deserves its pay. I would not believe any bad reviews on this company. They deserve 100% on all ratings, so if you hire them, rate them realistically.

What this customer fails to tell us is that my service tech was running early, so he arrived ahead of schd.. No one was home no message to call first on calendar. This customer had a zone stuck on, my service tech turned the water on to system and identified the problem zone, and replaced electric valve. He then turned all zones on manually made minor adjustments and was on his way. Yes he should of called but a 1.67 rating for a job well done is ridiculous. People are usually greatful when we are ahead of schd.. I cannot beleive this was even posted. This is offensive to me because we take great pride in our customer service.

Project was completed as specified and met expectations.

Very punctual on day project began. May 10-15 guys present so I knew work would be done quick. Job completed by 2:30p. Joe Montalvo was worker supervisor and returned to explain system to me and make adjustments. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Moore Irrigation did a great job. I had hired an irrigation company and they left me with dirt in my lawn, leaks, sprinklers in the flower beds were not turning on and the sprinklers in my lawn would hit all my windows :( which I would have to clean everytime I used the sprinklers. Moore Irrigation came very professional and took care of it all in 1 day and at a good/fair price. I will continue to use and recommend Moore when needed. Thank you Moore!
