My new floors are beautiful. Jackson and his crew did a great job from beginning to end. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. They took great care both removing and replacing the furniture, and even took time to put the felt pads I had purchased on everything for me. My floor project went so well, that I have since used Jackson's company to install granite counter tops and a new back splash. Everyone that has worked in my house have been polite, professional, and competent. I have felt comfortable having them in my home. I look forward to working with Jackson Moore on future projects!

Jackson and his team are amazing. They re-finished my old ugly hard wood floors. I couldn't believe how great they looked when I came home to see them. It was like walking in to a brand new house. He even laced in some new wood to replace some pieces that have been cracked for years. I was worried that I might be able to notice a difference between the new and old wood, but it all looks seamless to me now that it's done. I can't even tell which pieces are the new wood! Moore's customer service is outstanding as well. I am wholeheartedly going to recommend Moore Contract Floors to all my friends and family!

We are very pleased with our new floors. The project was completed on time, at a fair price, and with quality work. I would use them again.

Work is done by foreign sub contractors and is generally good, but communication was a tad difficult. I had to get them to come back and re-do a large dark stain that was literally glossed over and had to haggle to get it done. He told me to put a rug over it.

Without an address, we can only guess who this client may be. We are not even sure that this posting is about our company. No one in the last year has complained or asked me about a large spot in the floor that we did not properly sand and finish. It is unfair to our ratings and our company reputation for Service Magic to post those comments without giving us the opportunity to respond. This sounds as if the spot was from pet urine or water. In either case, if the client does not wish to pay for demolition and the lacing of new wood. refinishing will not remedy the situation. Thank you for reading out response.

Great work, great price, and with little hassle! They were able to work around our schedules and finished as quickly as promised. They even went above and beyond to help us repair some preexisting drywall holes that we did not know about before the project started. We look forward to working with them again.
