Happy with service. I needed my furnace inspected and cleaned, but because it's getting old (but still works just fine), I was afraid I'd get a sales pitch, which happens all the time these days. I pretty much dread service calls because of the inevitable sales pitch. But surprise! Moon Services didn't do this. The guy inspected and cleaned my furnace. He told me it's getting old, showed me why (little bits of rust), and explained what to be concerned about. But the bottom line is that it still works and it's still safe, and he just did his job. Thank you Moon Services.

Absolutely professional in every way. The sales rep was informative, honest and clearly outlined our needs for replacing our furnaces. The technicians were likewise professional; on time, courteous, technically gifted. They cleaned the work area, as promised. Finally, the company's prices are clearly competitive.

My name is Kevin,our heat went out end of Feb. We called Steve he answered and was very informative, to the piont and friendly.We scheduled an apt. within a day,talked with him and four other potential contractors in which two of those cancelled one reason or another.He was able to get us financing since we did not have cash for the job.They got the job done four days after we talked and the job was very quick .I would absolutely recomend them to any one needing some type of heater assistance.Great job guys11111111
