Ramon and his crew are very professional. They worked diligently to get my backyard completely prepped and sodded in two days. The final result looks great and I have already begun referring Moonlake Landscaping to friends in our area. I'm quite sure I will be using them again for any future landscaping. I can say is that Moonlake did a great job on our project. but my issue goes back to some mis understandings on the actual size of the area that we were trying to have leveled out. All of this could have been avoided had moonlake put the dimmensions in the contract, that way it would have been clear early on that we had an issue, and we would have also known that the estimate was WAY off of the one given to us. I do take some responsible on part of our dimension issue, but Moonlake is also responsible as well for it not being clear in the contract. Wish our issue had come up before the work was 99% complete and our bill skyrocketed!

Dear Customer, The dimmensions of the play ground box were not on the estimate because the area was sprayed painted on the ground according with the original information you gave me. The first day on the job you changed slightly the location of the box to a lower area, that means we had to use more fill. At the end of the first day you contacted me at night to increase the area again. I specifically told you there will be an extra charge to remove what was done and to install it again. Also,I just charged you for the extra materials and labor and didn't charged you for my time there when I had to help to get it done on time. Sorry for the inc

Great turnaround time. Ramon and his crew were there earlier than they said, got the work done quicker than originally estimated and we look forward to working with them again in the future. Anyone needing sod installed should definitely go through Moonlake!

Took some time for the Job to begin, Once started done in 2 days, Quality work and great design they came up with for our property.

Ramon did a great job on my japanese garden. Showed up when he said he would and was very efficient. I will definitely use him again.

Ramon was very helpful and professional in coordinating my lawn project. Removed, all weeds and exising sod and plantings from backyard, regraded, and installed new sod. Ramon had recommendations on what specific soil ammendments would be beneficial for my lawn, based on soil composition. The work had to be rescheduled a couple times due to rain, but once started it was completed very quickly. The project came out looking great. Only reason for not rating quality a 5/5 is that the grading is not quite as even as I had hoped for. A buried comcast cable line was cut during the install, but it was probably not easy to see it. Overall very good!

Ramon is very patient and open to making changes even as the project is underway.. the guys are hard workers and you can tell they take pride in getting it right.. the only area I was disappointed in was the "yard repair" after the project was done.. we can still see the ruts in our yard from the bobcat.. but that is totall fixable.. I would definitely recommend Ramon and his crew.. Ramon also has a very good eye for design and plantings
