Monte was awesome! He was honest and fair. I had another central vac company come out several months ago, that other company tried to talk me into buying a new filter, a much longer hose, and a bunch of accessories. Monte came out and said I didn't need a new filter, OR a longer hose, or the extra accessories. So although he could've taken advantage of the situation, he was honest and saved me the expense of the unneccessary items! I ended up purchasing his top of the line accessory pack with the power head. I am SOOO happy with it. I TOTALLY love it! Vaccumming is SO much less time consuming now and healthier! Thanks Monty!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Immediately knew the problem, fixed within the initial quote. Additionally, evaluated the additional equipment that I had, that was just sitting, and educated me on how to get the best value out of my central vacum system by using the additional tools. Provided some recommendations without any additional sales pressure.
