The company was very prompt - the lady that I spoke with on the phone was friendly and could work with me to set up a good time to come out and look at my unit. The tech arrived on time. However, he was really quiet and unfriendly - only talking when he had to tell me what he would have to do. Never smiled. He also smelled of cigarettes - so much so that we had to air out the house. He did complete the work in a timely manner, however, and the price seemed reasonable. I was glad to have a repair done quickly and for a reasonable price.

Absolutely Awesome! Our air conditioner stopped working during the Texas heat wave. They responded to my post within minutes, showed up within a few hours later that evening, did a temporary fix so our air conditioner would work and came back the next day to put in the new part. The fee was reasonable, especially since it was an emergency call. Over the years we've had several A/C repairs done, but this was the best experience. Excellent knowledge, prompt service, more than fair pricing. Nice. I highly recommend Montgomery and plan to use this company for annual servicing.

Super nice technician and did a great job. The outside unit quit working one day and I couldn't figure out why until he told me that I cut the power cord to the unit accidently when I was weedeating around the unit. He patched the wire and added more freon (CFC) and it worked perfectly. He also recommended several other things such as cleaning the unit. When I took the guard off the unit was caked with grass and leaves. I cleaned it out which probably saved me a ton of cash later on. I would definitely call Montgomery Service again.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
I could not be happier. When they left I did not even know they had been here. There was a problem getting to attic hatch replaced...they bought and replaced the trim around the attic hatch and painted the entire hatch. Who does this? They were prompt, fast and professional. This is a great company and I will recommend to anyone at anytime. Thank you, Scott.

Steve was courteous, thorough with checking to be sure of the problem with my a/c and did an excellent job of explaining the issue. I also found Montgomery's fee to be very reasonable.

They came out the same day, in the middle of an unrelenting heat wave, but found that I did not need a coil replaced as diagnosed by a previous service. And they didn't charge me for the service call.
