Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
I had a hot water tank leak Friday evening. My own plumber was out for vacation. I called all the plumbing companies I could find. Only Monteiro plumbing returned my call. Chris is the owner of the company and he sent a person to work for me Saturday morning. They did a great job - installed the new tank , removed the old one and helped me return it to homedepot since it was within the warranty so i got money back. Up to now the water tank is up and running. I am happy about their service. The only complain will be the price is high. that is why I give 4.1Since it was a weekend and I couldn't find anyone work for me , I am OK with it.

Chris came on time and replaced my garbage disposal within an hour. He did it quickly and efficient. He cleaned up and explained to us. I paid what he quoted me. The only complain will be his rate is a bit higher than others.

Chris was very friendly and courteous, and was able repair our plumbing problems on the same day that I called. He also explained all of the procedures to me as he worked. We were very sastified with the job and would hire him again. In the future, I will ask for an itemized accounting of the parts and labor, (which I didn't ask for in this visit-I told Chris I would use the canceled check as the receipt)

I immediately received phone calls from all three plumbers minutes after placing my needs on Servicemagic. Impressed with all of them. Chris was able to get there within the half hour, quote me a price, and then was immediately able to start the work. He was done an hour later. This included getting a hot water tank and bringing it into the basement by himself, and removing the old one. He's a good guy, obviously knows his work, and I would recommend him to anyone else.

Project: Repair or Replace a Sump Pump
Excellent service. Chris Monteiro called right away and was able to come out to my house to assess the broken pump the samw day. Then he was able to fix the pump with a new one. I would reccommend this company because of the communication and service.
